Whale watching trip today…
Boarding the boat 9 AM
Leaving the dock in Boothbay Maine. It was cloudy with slight rain.
Heading 20+ miles out
Seriously watching for signs of whale activity. Very windy very choppy water, you really had to hold on all the time if you were standing.
Captain spotted a whale. We chased a whale turning this way and that. Once they come up for air they will stay up for a little while before diving back down. That was what we all were waiting for. That never happened.
Heading back to Boothbay. View of where we are staying. We have room with a view.

We took a 3hr drive to Peggy’s Cove today, (Tues). The lobster shack right on the ocean where we ate years ago was gone, replaced with a big restaurant which was packed. We decided to take a couple pictures and travel on.

Digby is famous for their scallops…
Dad wanted me to take a picture of this cloud from our balcony just now 8:00pm. We had some rain today.
